CAMP DETAILS PER DAY
TUESDAYS (SKILLS/SHOOTING)
Edgework, transition with puck, puck control, shooting mechanics, shooting on stride.
WEDNESDAYS (POWER SKATING/POWER SKILLS)
Edgework, transition edge work, stride, power stride crossovers, backwards skating. Power Skating with parachutes, power skills with puck, power skills w/shooting. All elements of power skills with parachutes.
THURSDAYS ( BATTLING)
Angling, locking, addr3essing proper battling tactics. Defense, one on one, gapping, angling, stick work, defensive tactics.
Forward, speed with puck, shooting in motion, passing in motion, forward tactics.
